RNCIS* Qualifications

The next indicator shows the number of bachelor programs (level 6 CNC / CEC) and master (level 7 CNC / CEC) validated and registered in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS) following the publication of Order no. 5204/2014 regarding the approval of the Methodology for enrollment and registration of higher education qualifications in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS) followed by the Order of the Minister of National Education no. 3475/2017 regarding the approval of the Methodology for enrollment and registration of higher education qualifications in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS), modified by the Order of the Minister of National Education no. 5686/2017 regarding the modification of RNCIS, published in the Official Gazette, Part I, no. 114 from 06.02.2018.

The following indicator presents the evolution of validated and registered study programs in RNCIS during the 2015 – 2018 timeline. Their distribution is performed according to the CNC/CEC 6 and 7 levels according to the provisions of Order 5204/2014, respectively of Order 3475/2017, with the modifications and further additions.

The next indicator shows the top 15 universities that hold the most bachelor study programs registered in RNCIS. The distribution presented is based on data collected from the validation and registration of study programs in the period 2015-2018 (November).

The following indicator shows the distribution of the 6 CNC / CEC level programs in counties. Their distribution was made using the data collected from the process of validation and registration of qualifications in RNCIS during 2015-2018 (November). The distribution by counties was made according to the main address of the universities, so that the faculties of a university having an address in another county were assigned to the university county.

The following indicator shows the distribution of  CNC / CEC level 7 study programs in counties. Their distribution was made using the data collected from the process of validation and registration of qualifications in RNCIS during 2015-2018 (November). The distribution by counties was made according to the main address of the universities, so that the faculties of a university having an address in another county were assigned to the university county.

The following indicator looks at the distribution of bachelor degree programs (CNC level 6) and masters (level 7 CNC) according to the ISCED F 2013 domain chosen by universities at the time of validation of study programs. Their distribution takes into account the data collected since 2017 due to the need to complete the ISCED field of study programs in accordance with Order 3475/2017, with subsequent amendments and modifications.

The following indicator shows the distribution of the study programs according to the first 10 core occupational groups assigned to the qualifications. According to Order 3475/2017, with subsequent modifications and completions, the study programs proposed to be validated and registered in RNCIS must have a COR / ISCO-08 occupation correlated with the field of study in which the program is framed.
